Hello everybody,
when looking at my spare part box I found two RSHS mags for PPKs serialled on the spine: 281592K "2" and 306589K "2".
If anybody out there needs one or both, make me a decent offer.
Best wishes,
Dieter H. Marschall at dhimarshall(at)gmx.de

serialled RSHA mags

I have further information: Both mags are in very good condition and show the typical dull wartime finish. I would like to sell them. So if anybody is interested ....
I can tell you from my files:
PPK 281592K was produced in 1940 and issued to the "Reichssicherheitshauptamt" ("RSHA" aka "SS").
On PPK 306589K I have further information: This pistol was produced in 1941 and issued to RSHA, too. It belongs to a lot of PPKs which were in July 1941 issued to the "SS-Einsatzgruppen Sicherheitspolizei und Sicherheitsdienst" in Lemberg (today called Lwiw in the Ukraine). There, I am afraid, the SS were involved in what they called "cleaning procedures" among the local population.

Best wishes, Dieter.

Bummer... I have a different Serial Numbered RSHA PPK that I bought WITHOUT a matching mag, but alas, it's not one of these. :(

At least my RSHA PP has a matching mag!! :)

Anyone know where one of the two 258917K matching mags are? :)

BTW that 306xxx one is rare indeed. Aren't most of the Einsatzgruppen PPKs undiscovered? I think we had one pop up here on WaltherForums.... once... here in the U.S.

Tom Whiteman at Legacy maintains an Orphan Numbered PP/PPK List, but there are no RSHA mags in the 258xxxK range listed on the copy I have.
