New P99 Owner

Just picked up a very lightly used P99 to replace my Gen 1 S&W Shield. Plan on going for first trip to range Fri. am, weather permitting here in the northern tip of VA. Wanted a pistol more accurate and pleasant to shoot and still be concealable if necessary. Really impressed w/ the trigger so far.

Congrats! They’re fantastic shooters albeit a little snappier feeling than most 9mms. It was the first Walther I ever bought, and second in my collection. Good score!

Welcome. You have a good one. My P99 and P99 compact are both excellent. I have had them just about five years and never had one issue or malfunction out of either. They are great shooters and run better than my PPQ in single action.

Enjoy!

Congrats. I just picked up my 3rd P99 this week. Lightly used.

I obviously really like the design and ergos and performance, and am heavily invested in magazines now.

Enjoy it!
