Ian Flemming is rolling over in his grave over the recent casting proposals. At least they got Daniel Craig to do Bond one more time, though he is not my favorite. Got to remember that Bond was set in another time with another set of social standards and norms, trying to be PC is not going to change that.

Doubtful, just based on cranial capacity alone. Shnausers are too small. To get a real smart dog you need a larger breed, like Czech Wolfdog, German Sheppard, Malamute, etc. Our Niko was really smart, escape artist and everything one would expect from a husky lab mix. Cody the malanutt was pretty bright too, just a bit stubborn.

And Moneypenny was played by a dark skin actress in the last two films. I don't know or care what her specific ethnicity is, but she was also awesome in the role. She redefined it and also OWNED it. I suppose some people probably thought it was a nod to PC'ness to choose Naomie Harris for the role. I think it was just an effort to get the best people for the job, while reflecting a more realistic view of the diverse society modern James Bond lives in.

BS. Period. Bond is male, always has been, always will be. Bond is dead.

Bond has to be refreshed every so often to have survived all these years with sequels and now technically reboots of the character. I first saw Bond on the big screen when I was a child when the Man with the Golden Gun was out. Eventually I began watching the older movies a few years later on cable and I thought they were mostly stale and outdated. I still liked the character and still do. Some of the movies were not great and others were much better. When the new one comes out I'll be there to watch it as well.

We can only hope the Bond makeover is more successful then the "Ghostbusters" attempt at a makeover.

Funny how the movers and shakers in Hollywood like to talk how they're the best ever, yet all they seem capable of doing is superhero, sequel, and remake movies.

I guess it's hard to come up with an original idea when your dealing with hypoxia from cranial rectal impaction.

Had em already, no where as bright as Schnauzers or even as close as smart. Capacity has nothing to do with intelligence either, it's all in the function of the brain and how it processes information which doesn't rely on size.
That's like saying a 400 lb. man can drink more alcohol than a 150 lb. man and be sober, not true either. This is a common misconception because everybody's liver is about the same size and process alcohol at about the same rate.

Where are ya'll getting this female Bond reference? I've seen every movie and they all have a male actor, as will the upcoming one.

The "M" character was a female actor in the last four. Not Bond.

In No Time to Die, 007 will be played by Lashana Lynch, and James Bond is still Daniel Craig. Confused? Here's why:

Bond resigned from MI6 at the end of SPECTRE. At the beginning of the new film he will be living in Jamaica with the heroine of SPECTRE, Madeleine (Léa Seydoux). So, his number has been reassigned to another, in this case female, agent.
