Assume you have the large backstrap already in place? If so then I would recommend multiple coats of PlastiDip to actually increase the size/circumference of the grip.

Large backstrap and a rubber grip sleeve.

I run grip sleeves and love em'. I also run a 'redneck' tac-light.

Take a look at the PPQ 45. The grip is a bit bigger than the 9mm/.40 models.

Is that LED? Where did you get the sleeve?

Now you're making me have to think. I'll have to get up and go check, but right now I'm watching 'Air Disasters' and I've got 3 doggies in my lap.

I came up with much the same solution as Imaoldfart, except that I used the Hogue Handall #17000 grip sleeve. It costs a couple bucks less than the Butler Creek and has a nice palm bulge in the middle on both sides of the rubber sleeve that really fills the hand.

New! Authentic! Hogue Handall Full Size Grip Sleeve for Listed Models 17000 | eBay
