i actually put the wolff 5.5 back in my p99 this weekend and ran 100 rounds of PMC bronze through it without so much as a hiccup.

let us know how the 6# spring is if you try it out!! should be a little more reliable than the 5.5#............
ok scott did some research really fast and found that wolff makes the 6 # and so does ghost inc (ghost bar etc). called ghost and found this

https://ssl.zoovy.com/c=7KceBd9Vhb1N...-GENs-1-4.html

ordered it priority and should see it by the weekend. nice guy there said it is a tint of blue and when i explained my situation, walther with stock glock he said it should fix my issue. they have a lifetime warranty and he said that does cover fatigue from use. cost me 14 bucks shipped with faster (same day) shipping.for4 bucks less it would of shipped not today? lol. this might be the middle ground i was looking for, reliability with the lighter trigger. will update when i know more.

edit: added link to wolff spring for reference.

ghost inc said they used to use wolff but the demands led them to make their own. i personally wanted the warranty.

spring arrived. side by side same size as stock. but stronger when i just compress with my hand. glock tends to lean when compressing, ghost one just pushes back. hoping for good things, must say ghost rocks. got it out fast and got it from florida to california in 2 days. might have to get some ghost stuff for the sr9

spring is in now to get off to the range...

I put this in the AS,DAO,QA trigger thread but I feel it belongs here more. Just want everyone to know not to try the 5lb Wolff spring. After 10 successful fires, I got nothing but FTF. You can see my results better here:https://www.waltherforums.com/forum/p...tml#post340634

Wait a minute I just remembered mine is a ghost spring. I believe it was 6 lbs and was made to combat light strikes in modified glocks. If I get a chance to head to the range, I will swap it in and let off 200 rounds to let you know. Sorry I don't have the Wolff, I have the ghost Inc I believe.
