Creed Food

Hey,

Just got mine today, I was wondering if you have found any ammo your creed likes or does not like?

Trying to cut down the trial and error in ammo.

Oh and has anyone polished their feed ramp?

Thanks

Use Remington L9MM3 and Hornady, all 115gr.

Yes, I wonder if a Creed likes the heavier stuff like 124 or 147 like my PPS series pistols?

Just stick with 115 for the health and wellbeing of your investment, or pistol. Anything else is unnecessary.

I have over 1,000 round through my Creed as of now. Maybe more later here today. I have only had issues with Tulammo steel case, I only tried this in my firearm & it's not the ammo I will shoot in it all the time, I just like to try out all manufactured ammo in my new firearms when I get them to the range. I ran about 150 rounds of that Tulammo through my Creed with only 3 FTE (Failures to Extract). Here's a total list of all ammo used in my Creed, yes I also polished the feed ramp.
Federal Champion Aluminum Case 115 gr FMJ=150 rounds
Tulammo Steel case 115 gr FMJ= 150 rounds
Sig Sauer 124 gr JHP= 20 rounds
Remington UMC 115 gr FMJ=250 rounds
Speer Gold Dot 147 gr personal defense HP= 32 rounds
Winchester White box 115 gr FMJ= 100 rounds
Federal 115 gr brass FMJ= 200 rounds
Remington 115 gr JHP= 100 rounds
Lawman 124 gr FMJ= 32 rounds
All the brass case & aluminum case ammo performed flawlessly, just had the 3 FTE using the Tulammo Steel case. This is a total of 1,034 rounds through this pistol in just 3 range sessions.

I am very impressed with this pistol I might be shooting it today trying out some Blazer Brass 115 grain FMJ.

Polishing feed ramp

What do you use to polish the feed ramp?

A Dremel motor tool with a small felt buffing wheel or cone, and some fine (red) polishing compound will do the job beautifully.

>>health and wellbeing of your investment<<

MochaJoe ....... Puzzled by your statement above. I use 147 gr. in my Walther CCP and it works like a dream. Specifically concerning the CCP, several on this forum have found that 115 gr. causes more problems. Just curious.
