Tanfoglio has more of a Walther Museum than collection. As stated above I'd love to see them all, although I recall Tanfglio, you sent a fair amount of pictures a while back. Here's where we could use a picture file.
Thanks once again for sharing it's sort of like looking forward to a daily story of late.
It also brings to mind that looks a lot like a pistol my Grandfather gave me when I was about 10. It's stored at my Mom's back in KY. May need to follow up on that. Thanks again for sharing.

If not a gallery section of permanently (at admin's and contributors' discretion) archived photos, otherwise a dedicated sub-forum or official sticky? Maximum pictures and minimum comment beyond ID and parameters. Insofar as bandwidth permits the missing photo messages from Photobucket etc. could be kept to a minimum.

This is a good idea and one that we have talked about in the past. I think that most would agree that it would be a good addition to the Forums as a whole. It's definitely at the owner/administrator's discretion, of course.

I picked up one last year from a guy that I found on Gunbroker. He said that he had five of them in the exact same shape. IIRC, I was the only bidder on it and got it for a pretty good price -- less than the Simpson's Ltd. offering here by quite a bit. It had the original sales receipt from a store in New York included in the box; the thing originally sold for $37 or thereabouts. Geez. Those days are long gone, for sure.

I have one exactly like this in its original box, instructions and barrel cleaning brush. Can anyone give me an idea of its value? I know it's very old because I'm the third generation owner. Also I can't find any Serial Number on it.

It's hard to tell without taking a look at it. Can you post up a photo or two? This might help:

Tips for shooting, and posting, great photos

The last one I bought, which was NIB, was less than $100, IIRC. But that was a couple of years ago.
