Walther 22lr KK Match - identification

Hy,

Here is my next Walther 22lr rifle :

Walther IUT.jpg

Walther IUT marquages.jpg

Walther IUT g.jpg

I'm not sure that this one is an IUT rifle, some pleople in France said to me that this one is a KK II rifle, but I was not able to find a picture of this KK II rifle...

What is your opinion ?

tj

It seems to be a KKM, but not the later UIT rifle. It isn't a KKM II, as it appears to lack the much longer accessory rail under the fore end. It is VERY nice. You have a talent for finding nice rifles. Sometimes I think I need to travel to Europe more often! Tres bon fortune. Nice find!

Thanks for the additional photo. This rifle is a KKM Small Bore Master rifle. The UIT had a quite different stock. The KKM-II had a longer accessory rail (coming within about 2 inches of the trigger guard), somewhat different checkering, and weighed approximately 12 pounds. Your KKM probably weighs about 10 pounds. It is a beautiful rifle. KK

KKM

My rifle looks just like tiger jedi's, and I'm confused. a 1963 AR add shows it's a KKM Match Master, and a 1966 AR add shows it as a UIT. mine is about 64, no date code. I'm despertly looking for the sling part for the hand stop and a sun shade for the rear sight. it has very fine threads.
