KKJ in .22 WMR

I bought a KKJ in .22 WMR today. It has double triggers, and a 4x Zeiss scope with German post in quick release mounts. The scope only has one adjustment turret on the top. How does one adjust for windage and elevation?

The knob on top should be elevation. Windage is adjusted with the screw in the rear mount.

Never seen a KKJ in that caliber. Is it a factory chambering, or somebody's conversion?

It's factory. The rifle came to me by way of an auction in Germany.
