I disagree with both of those. Civilized people don't fly airplanes into buildings, shoot people for no reason in airports and movie theaters....

Our laws today are an absolute mess. They have been hacked at, re-written, scrapped, changed, re-written again, amended, added to, subtracted from, excluded, substituted, superseded, ...... The US laws, and even worse the State laws are a disaster. Our courts, judges and attorneys spend more time trying to figure out how to decipher and interpret our laws, then they do defending and/or upholding them.

I have no problem finding him guilty of murder. Oh yeah, here's a rope....I got a tree too.

As for those sacks of feces in Chicago....

A knife. Start with their toes. Work up. You want to torture someone? Karma is a real b!tch.

Zero tolerance. If they're proven 100% guilty, why should they be a burden on taxpaying people. End them with the same compassion/compunction they rendered to others. In short....NONE.
Why start now if we're going to get it right? We have some backtracking to do. If wrong is wrong, then many that have committed atrocities like these have been given a pass for years, decades, and centuries in our Great America. Sadly this won't happen and many of them already dead and gone.

Can the system change, maybe but it's going to take a long time. Our legal society is so engrossed in protecting the rights of every maggot out there, that some where along the way we forgot about the well being and rights of the victim or victims. Due process is one thing, verse what as law abiding, civilized citizens should deserve or expect.

Just pre-empting the ignorant liberal media. You know:

1911-It's a Glock
Revolver-It's a Glock
Winchester Model 70 rifle-It's an AR-15

I don't know, the 2nd one up from the bottom on the right side clearly does NOT look like an AK47, or an assault weapon. Are you guys sure that diagram is accurate?

That light blue one I mention looks a lot more like a bootlegger weapon! Can somebody please verify?
