Hello Members. My name is Brandon and my partners and I have recently purchased Waltherforums. We purchased it a few months back and have been working to try and improve the site in many ways. Our plans with the site is to fix it a bit and try and draw some traffic to the site. We own a handful of other gun sites like xdtalk.com, coltforum.com, defensivecarry.com, hkpro.com, handgunforum.net, smithandwessonforums.com and a few others. The name of our company is Forum Foundry and we have been in the forum business for many years.

About me, I live in New Mexico and I am a gun nut. I have had my CCW now for three years. My main carry piece is an XDm Compact .40. I have only had it a couple of months but love it so far. I love to be outdoors so I camp and hike as often as I can. I look forward to meeting all of you. If any of you have any issues or feedback, please feel free to email or send me a PM anytime. I want to thank all of you for an outstanding forum and I am very happy to now be a part of it.

Thanks, Brandon. I love the changes so far. For such a popular line of pistols, I always wondered why there wasn't more activity here... actually, I knew a few reasons -a lot wasn't very user friendly. Looks like corrections and improvements are being made. Thanks for that.

Hey - glad to hear it. I wasn't aware of the change until I read mention of it on another thread just now.

I also was one of the founding members and previously an original admin at HandgunForum.net - I didn't realize that this had been purchased. Interesting.

Welcome Brandon,

This is the second forum change-of-ownership I've seen in a month. Last month I became keenly aware of a rather contentious changeover at The Firing Line M14 Forum. This one seems to be much smoother. Thank you for taking an interest in our (sometimes contentious) group.
