Help finding a PPS!

Hey guys,

I'm brand new here. I joined because I've been looking for an ultra slim alternative to a Glock 26/27 and the PPS seems to fit the bill.

The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to find a local range here in Lynchburg VA that has one I can shoot. So, as an attempt to not exclude the PPS from my decision making process, I thought I'd come here and see if any of you are in my area and would be kind enough to let me try yours out at a local range.

Thanks in advance!

FtB

Or if anyone can recommend a range in VA where I could go try one out, that would be helpful as well.

The Dominion Shooting Range in Richmond has the PPS. I know it's a long way to go but if you happen to be in the area, check it out. Just google "dominion shooting range" and their website has all their information.

Might be worth it if I can think of another reason to drive out that way.

From the things I've been reading and the videos I've been watching I'm halfway tempted to buy one of these things sight unseen, but I've never done that with a gun before so it makes me a little nervous.... Every walther I've ever held feels like it was made for my hand, but shooting it can make all the difference... Thanks for the advice though!

I had a few other handguns and was thinking about the PPS. Didn't need it at all,
so I rented it. It's still the only handgun I've rented or tested before buying. I was so pleased with it that I ordered one from Bud's that night and it's been a dream.
My next Walther will be the PPQ when I hae the spare funds.
