PPS PPQ Comparison Photos

Just got a PPS a few weeks ago. Now thinking about adding a PPQ. Problem is no one around here has any in stock. I'm trying to find out how it compares to the PPQ or to my XDm .40 (that I am selling to get the PPQ). Does anyone have any side by side comparison photos? Thanks.

I think your best bet is to compare your PPS to a S&W M&P pistol. I compared my PPQ to my M&P (both are chambered in .40 S&W) and they are about the same overall size. The PPQ is just a tad smaller in height and length compared to the M&P.

Figured I would share a video clip.. watched it about a week ago so it may not be exactly what you were looking for (obviously not a photo) but if I recall the user did a solid job comparing some general features/dimensions/etc...

IDK, man. My P99 is definately smaller in every dimention than my M&P full size. It is a big enough difference to make it not-insignificantly easier to conceal.

Thats one reason I carry my P99 more than my M&P.

I'd like to get a larger pistol, but may go with a PPS in .40. I'm enamored with Walthers right now. I would like a .45, but can't find one I like. Reading up on the PPQ, I am liking it. My main issue is I am moving to a state that requires 10 round mags or less, so the XDm I had (Sold) and any hi-cap guns are a no-go. If I get the PPQ, I will have to sell the high cap mags and buy 10 rounders.

I have both but I'm going out right now. I will take some photos later and post if no one else does.

Thanks, sold my XDm .40 and hope to pick up one of these in a .40. I'll have to order online as no one around here (Gander Mountain, Academy, LGS') carry it. Best price I see so far is $522 cash price (Bud's). Then it's time to get 10 round mags and sell the hi-cap ones.

That video only had the PPQ and P99.
The PPQ in 9mm is overall .8" longer than the PPS. Height is just under an inch difference, and width is .4".
I only own the PPQ in 9mm. I've never shot a PPS, but I'd like to obtain one anyways. I can tell you in dry fire (besides the obvious size difference) that the PPS trigger had "grit" whereas the PPQ has a completely crisp and clean break. I love that thing.
Per smith and wesson and Walther...
