Thoughts ? Suggestions ?
Okay was able to open this up finally. After greasing it a bit externally and taking to the shop where I bought it, the sales guy was able to open this up.

This gave me confidence. Came back home and after 2 try it opened up. Cleaned it up thoroughly greased the spring and now its smooth as a butter. Can open this up with half my strength.
