I say you just buy another PP Super in 9x18. I see PP Supers in 9x18 on Gunsamerica occasionally. They usually sell for about $650 plus shipping.

UniversalExports, I contacted Paul Lee. He seems to be a good fellow, very helpful. He sent me some pics of the PP Super. Its a nice piece. I intend to get back to him this week. I got slammed busy at the office the last couple of days. I may pull the trigger so to speak and buy it. Thanks again for the referral. Cheers.

Oh, you're very welcome, TDOCZ. I had extensively photographed that weapon last year for another forum member who decided he wanted an example that was a bit more pristine. Unfortunately, I deleted those photographs about two weeks before this thread started. Anyway, I've handled, disassembled, inspected, and operated that weapon personally, and it seemed to me at the time to be in very good operating condition with some relatively minor wearing on the bluing. It's an interesting weapon, and if it had been in .380 I might have taken it home myself.

I also talked with Mr. Lee by phone after seeing UE's note regarding this pistol. Nice guy. But alas, I was looking for a .380 ACP model as well. It's not that they aren't out there; it's just that they cost an arm and a foot and a couple of toes to get at them.

I had PP Super serial number 51 in .380 back in the 80's. Also had a gold engraved American PPK/S with the same serial number. Wish I still had them but, alas, something else caught my eye and they were sold.
