Spare Key

Does anyone know when or if spare keys will be available.

Considering that they're a necessity to field strip the pistol it'd be be nice to be able to get a spare or two.

Oh I'm sure I could cobble something in there and make it work, but I want the genuine key not a substitute.

Have you checked with S&W/Walther America? It seems odd that they would have the necesary parts of the pistol and not the spare keys, but anything's possible, I guess.

FWIW, I've found that these so-called alternative keys are far more sturdy, and therefore far more reliable, than the Umarex solution to the issue, which always seems flimsy to me and ready to break. But that's just me.

If you are successful in ordering a spare original key, Edtec, be sure to let us know the part number so that we add it to the list. Thanks in advance.

According to the PK380 parts diagram,

the 'Schlüssel' [key for trigger lock] is Walther part # 276 95 81

All I've done so far is to see if they had it listed on the website anywhere and couldn't find anything.

I sent them an e-mail and we'll see what they say.

Well I got a reply:

We are currently out of stock on the key. We are waiting to receive them from Germany. It will probably be a few more weeks. The price is $5.67.

The price is right so we'll see if they ever get here.
