Little blue plastic piece

Sponsored Links
I just recently purchased my PK380 and included in the case was a small blue plastic "tab" with the Walther logo on it. Does anyone know what this is used for?

I have that, too. I have no idea what it is. Until you posted, I suspected it was something that fell in the box at the factory.

Now I really wonder what it is.

I know I'm not thinking anyone else knows what it is since no one has responded. I don't want to toss it if it's something needed like my friend did with his take down key. I haven't found anything in the manual for it either.

Any suggestions guys?

Is it a chamber flag?

See if it fits in the back of the bore with the slide closed on it, I think my P22 came with a device like what you describe.

Failing that, post a picture ... someone will be able to ID it.

It does fit in the chamber very loosly. definately isn't .380. if it is what you said it was what is it used for and do I need to keep it for anything?

I can't post a picture of it. Either don't know how or not allowed

The blue flags are put in there to show that there is not a round in the chamber when shipped from the factory....
it is not ment to be tight... and no you dont't need to keep it for anything

Thank uncut. Now that I know I don't need it I'll just pitch it. One less thing to have to worry about losing.

Not me I keep everything that comes with a gun.

I also keep all the crap from the box
… why not just toss it in a baggie with the lock/spent case/keys?

You don't use the factory box for transport, do you?
