Perhaps it's just an LH replica.

I know its not a movie and maybe it has been mentioned already, but in the ps3 version of OO7 Quantum of Solace, james has a P99 as his main weapon. Also on the level were you have to snipe the guys on the barge, bond is using some kind of walther sniper rifle. You can clearly see it a walther when you reload, but you can't (least I can't read) the numbers on it. I know the 2nd one isn't a 99 but I though Id mention it.

The bad guy uses one in Tomb Raider. You can tell by the slide it is a 9mm version. btw, it is interesting that the actor that plays the new James Bond is in that movie (not a big movie gossip person, so I have NO clue what his name is). Also, the MOVIE was horrible, but Angelina is still hot.

Figured I would throw this in here, even though the last post was back in 2009.

Anyways, I geek out on video games once in a while, and the new Modern Warfare 3 video games has a Walther P99 used by a SAS Operator.

The Russian agent that chases shoots and shoots Bourne (Damon) in Russia in the second movies uses a P99 as well.

Wink New Movie Sighting: The Confession with Kiefer Sutherland

New Movie Sighting - The Confession with Kiefer Sutherland on Netflix streaming.

http://movies.netflix.com/WiMovie/Th...0?trkid=496624

Great movie, killer Kiefer Sutherland uses what appears to be a early Interarms Import P99 with engraved markings with a small suppressor as his favorite gun throughout the movie.

Lots of good screen time for a classic P99.

James
