Walther PPQ P99 20rd 9mm Magazine at G and R Tactical

I think they are made by ProMag. I'll be interested in a report as to whether they work.

They have the same part # as the Walther's (2704587) and I believe there was a thread (maybe on ARF) showing them. They were genuine Walther. I will check on receipt and post results. If I can find the thread I'll post it.

Thanks, PTF. If they are the genuine article, that's a bargain. If they are ProMags, however ...

Thread here; G&R PPQ review - Page 6 - M4Carbine.net Forums. They do appear to be genuine Walther.

Mine shipped today.

I'll post about it on delivery.

Here is the photo of one off their website...

It is clearly marked with a Walther banner logo.

I just picked up my P99 AS (my first Walther) a few days ago - ordered before the tragedy. You are planning to use a sleeve with these? The way I read it Walther mags use the base plate for correct depth adjustment, there is no internal height stop. But I guess you probably already know that....

Anyway, also just wanted to say I was able to find genuine Walther 15rd 9mm mags today at grabagun.com. But of course the price was not right. However I actually felt rather lucky. I had no luck finding Magnum Research 15rd mags anywhere (MR part: "magfa915", NOT "mag915" for the Baby Desert Eagle II !!). And I mean anywhere. I think people are preparing for the end of the world in a legal sense?

Per the thread I posted it appears they have a stop built in, so not buying sleeves now. They should be available later either way.

I bought 4 of these and 4 MRI to supplement the 8 Walther Mags I have - if that's not enough I don't know what is....
