But I appreciate everyones opinions. So thank you very much everyone. I'm glad I found this forum because if you ask for advice about a particular product in this case Walther on a general forum, you will get maybe one or two helpful people and a bunch of you know what's that do nothing but shoot your product down or criticize you. (you should have bought a Sig!!).

You are welcome. I also find the Trijicons to have a bit more apparent sharpness in both daylight and at night. The Meps have a jeweled cap that sits more on the outside of the front and rear dots, basically flush with the rear facing surfaces and slightly diffuses the dots, reducing contrast. On the Trijicons the cap is recessed a bit and doesn't cover the white daylight rings (as it does on the Meps) making them appear sharper. Also the front dot is larger and easier to pick up visually on the Trijicons. My $.02.

You can also place your target at 6 o'clock on your front sight. This should even it out for you. This is how I prefer to aim my P99; it is more intuitive for me. As my pistol is in the safe upstairs, I cannot tell you which blade is on it....I'm too lazy to go get it.

I got my PPS with the night sights, so no adjusting that one...I have to aim it differently...blade-over-target. Took some getting used to, since I had only shot my P99 for 10 years before getting the PPS. I got it figured out though, and now I can go to the range (my backyard) and switch between the two without any issue.

When shooting 140 gr FMJ ammo, my P99 (9mm) will group about an inch higher (at 25 yards) compared to shooting 115 gr FMJ. Just try your regular ammo and adjust your POA to your POI.

Thanks for the help everyone, been shooting lot lately and as was suggested, I learned how to adjust my point of aim for different bullet weights. I always appreciate it.
