You'll see them run anywhere between $1k and $1,800, depending on condition, with all of the accessories in place and the gun in sound working order. A good price is whatever you can justify.

Indeed I can. I got a wonderful P88 from SA within the past year or so and was impressed with the pistol's overall quality, which if anything exceeded the posted description (and even the photos). The transaction was as smooth as you could hope for as well.

Earl has barrels available in .30 Lugar, ergo some must have been made in that caliber. It makes for an easy conversion and the necked down round has excellent ballistics. I think it would make an outstanding longer range pistol, especially if it were in a 6 inch barrel. I have a 6 inch Lugar in .30 Lugar, but it is brand new (30 years old) and I am loth to use it.
