Was looking on gunpartscorp.com I found the rear sights for the P5 in different heights. they're running between $24-$30. Seems like there's a lot of options and it seems like if you had the funds you could really fine tune your sights. here's the link:

My P5 and P88 feature sight picture # 2, my P99 has #3
