Cool P22Q Mags

Sponsored Links
i am currently looking for extra mags for my P22Q and was wondering if the experts know if there is more than one available for the Q model? I do not want to get something that will not function properly considering all the known issues surrounding feeding and bad mags. I was in a local gun shop and the one he had just didnt look right i realize it was after market but something looked off and when i asked he said that was the only one available for the P22

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

I hate to order online and get something bad or older that isnt right

As far as I know all Walther P22 mags fit any P22. There are two bad models, the originals with no stagger slot and the '06 short stagger slot models. I don't know anything about aftermarket mags. There was someone selling aftermarket for about $15 and purchasers said they worked fine. About a year ago at RFC as I recall. Probably violated a patent or two an might not be available now. M1911

Walther P22Q 22lr 10rd Stainless Mag w/Finger Rest New Factory

Looks like the Real McCoy's can still be had for a reasonable price these days.

New ones will be fine. I have some with the long slots and some with the short slots and both work the same. Unless you find some very old ones still in the package or get some some used ones, you will not find the ones without the slot. You can't go wrong with new ones.
