Good question; given the length of time that your initial observation was posted, it seems unlikely. You might want to send them a direct note via their contact information on the website and ask them to not only respond to your queery but to update their information here as well. Keep us posted if you get a reply.

I was going to buy a knife from them and emailed them about the pricing discrepancy. They said: "The total math has added insurance. you can check the box to decline it if you don't want to pay the 26 cents.".
I did not see any box to uncheck and the whole thing seems kind of shady to me. I also thought that their response was short and rude. Is that the service I can expect if I have to do an RMA or something? I appreciate them supporting the forums but I'll buy my knife elsewhere. |
