Problem with trojans followed by log in cycle

Had a problem with 'computer' last nite...
When I clicked Martin's link;
Geco/RWS Ammo
I recieved a waiting for reply, [never did get site] followed by warning of several trojans and some other malwre/virus 'downloads'....

My 1st response was to clean computer...
2nd, to notify this site & members...[when choosing between this venue & Martin's thread, I went with Martin's thread...?

At this point I thought everything was OK...
In retrospect, it was at this point I should have made this post...
[Instead, I made reply to another thread while waiting for Martin's reply...

3rd After Martin's reply, when I attempted to reply to him I got the 'log in cycle' and was unable to post...I 'logged out'...

Later scan reveiled 1 remaining trojan.

Trojans reported were;

Trojan:Win32/Cleaman.B
Can provide link from history in MS Security Es.

History from apparent 'original attack' was deleted [Inadvertant, unfortunate and stupid]
Trojan:Win32/Cleaman.G and others were present [from memory

Would very much like to know;
1. source of attack
2. if this is correct response

Let's hope that one of the tech-savvy folks will drop in on this one, Cruz. I saw your post in the original thread and was concerned about it ... and I didn't open the link, despite the assurance that it was safe. Glad you gave folks a heads-up; not much else you could do at that point. It was the right response in my view. As to the sourceof the issue, well -- let's hope one of the techs can find something.

All I can say is, that my PC isn't infected with anything and the site I've linked is clean as well.
