anyhow... you might want to check that you have the Forum accepted in your browser cookies....

I doubt it to be a cookies issue. If a screen refresh or a topic change is done with regularity, it stays logged in. It times out if it takes a while to type a reply or I walk away to do another task for a couple minutes.

The setup here is a Linux CEntOS system with Firefox as the browser.

It is likely the vBulletin warez. Doesn't happen on a couple other forums.
