PPQ Holsters?

OK, so I was able to pick up my PPQ yesterday. I love the gun. It might actually be my new favorite. One issue I have seen is the "not so perfect" fit in my P99 holsters. I have two Blackhawk Serpa's, a fobus, and a Rafter "S" Leather Holster. None of the holsters take the PPQ very well. It looks to me like the front of the slide and possibly the trigger guard are causing the issues. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to be able to use it in my Serpa. I have not tried adjusting the tension screw on the Serpa. Has anyone else tried this? I also have a SW990 that does not fit perfectly in the holsters either. Slide and trigger guard on it is different as well. Too bad they couldn't have just made the PPQ trigger in a P99. Although, I do like the groves on the front of the slide for press check. Let me know what you guys have noticed and if there is a Serpa holster out there that fits it perfectly.

Holsters: Fobus HK-1 fits but is a snug fit and i find requires finesse to draw. I am not sure if this will lessen as time goes on or not. BTW, the XDm holster does fit and is adjustable with an allen wrench and actually covers more of the trigger and mag release than the Fobus that is advertised on the Walther website.

Have not tried any leather holsters yet. Still to come.

Thanks Breech. I will check out the XDm holster. My P99 holsters (Serpa) are snug, and have a tension screw, but I haven't messed with that much. Are you aware of the mechanics of the Serpa holsters enough to guess if I backed out the screw if it would fit better?

My P99 Serpa works fine with the PPQ. Maybe slightly tighter fit? I have a FIST P99 holster on the way. Am confident it will be fine. If not perfect, hairdryer is the cure. You do all know about FIST, Right? I like the #7.

We will be getting Raven Concealment a PPQ next week and then you guys will be able to order the holster from them.

We will also offer the holster WITH the purchase of a PPQ.

Sorry to rez an old thread... but I was looking for some updated info on this question. What are my real options out there for my PPQ (that fit great, like any other gun should fit its holster)??

All I can really find specifically for the PPQ are:

Speed Scabbard — DeSantis Holster

and

Fobus Holster: WALTHER PPQ - PADDLE HOLSTER - LEFT HAND

Also, I'd like to get a straight answer on whether the Blackhawk kydex and leather stuff for the P99 will fit the PPQ perfectly? Thanks guys!

Theis Holster offers a custom PPQ holster - although it seems like its fairly close to the same as a P99 holster, it works pretty much perfect. Takes energy to pull it out of the holster itself, and rest extremely comfortably in your waistband. I can upload pictures if people need it. Theisholsters.com | Home | Custom IWB Holsters

Fist

Emailed Fist to ask if their P99 holsters will be compatible with the PPQ, and they basically gave me the brush off, "if the frame is not identical the holster won't fit" heh

Sometimes I get the impression if you aren't asking some of these holster makers about a 1911, glock or m&p, they treat you like you have aids..
