I admit until you posted about this item I really had not looked for them. In my past work I had a lot of heat treating that I had to be involved with.
I remember back in 1956 in HS shop I made this hammer head and we heat treated it and we tested on Rockwell hardness machine, remember picking the ball size needed for the C scale.

I grew up in the steel industry, third-gen Mill Rat: Q.C. NDT Level-II.

It struck me that the Interarms models I have do not show evidence the Ulm version does, of being rigorously monitored.

I guess if someone was really worried they could find a local inspection shop many are in Cities where aircraft parts are being Mfg.ed and have them test all the firearms parts.
