To take the striker assembly appart......check gun is not loaded.... check again
remove mag
remove slide
remove striker retaining plate on the rear of the slide
turn striker upside down into the slide...(see pic)
pull down striker spring with the other hand pull striker back up just a bit as it will slide down when you pull the spring down
then remove both "half moon" rings that hold the striker spring onto the striker... (see pic for "half moons")
slowly let striker spring go back "up" while still holding onto it (or it will go into space)
now you can pull the striker assembly back out of the slide


I know this is short... but all I could come up with in the short time... and taking pics while pulling the striker spring down at the same time is not easy....
