Still have not fired after cleaning have not had time! Did see a you tube video by Responsible Citizen 64 that showed a"double feed jam" as he called it that looks similar to my issue!

I realize this is way late, but sure sounds to me like a problem with extraction. Replacement of the extractor, extractor spring, and plunger -- all at once -- might fix it. Otherwise a good gunsmith might need to be consulted.
